Milwaukee officer struck attempting to disperse crowd near 9th and Keefe
MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee police officer was struck while attempting to disperse a crowd near 9th and Keefe on Tuesday night, Dec. 31.
Officials say around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers spotted a party in a building that did not have an approved public entertainment permit. They attempted to disperse the crowd. That is when an individual resisted and struck an officer.
The suspect, a 32-year-old man, was arrested.

Criminal charges will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
