Milwaukee paramedic unit, car crash on city's north side

MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee Fire Department paramedic unit was involved in a crash Thursday morning, June 29 on the city's north side.

FOX6 News was at the scene near 18th and North. The paramedic unit and a car both had substantial front-end damage. Police said the car ran a stop sign, veered to the right and hit the paramedic unit around 8:45 a.m.

The driver, a 42-year-old Milwaukee woman, was taken to a hospital and arrested on suspicion of OWI.
