MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee man has been criminally charged, accused of leading Milwaukee police on a pursuit. The vehicle involved was reported stolen from Milwaukee in September 2024.
The accused, Darion Davis-Stokes is charged with the following: second degree recklessly endangering safety, operating a motor vehicle to flee or in an attempt to elude an officer, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and obstructing an officer.
According to the criminal complaint, on Dec. 5, at approximately 10:26 p.m., an officer observed a dark blue Ford Explorer without a license plate in the area of 28th Street and Roosevelt Drive.
The officer noted that the Ford was an exact match of a vehicle that previously fled from him.
