Milwaukee police chase, vehicle rolled over near 26th and Kilbourn
A police chase ended in a crash near 26th and Kilbourn in Milwaukee Friday.
MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee police chase ended with a rollover crash Friday morning, May 12 near 26th and Kilbourn.
Officers spotted the vehicle driving recklessly near 18th and Washington and tried to conduct a traffic stop just before 1 a.m. – but the driver took off.
The chase ended more than five miles from where it began when the vehicle crashed into construction equipment and rolled.

The driver and a passenger – identified as a 28-year-old Milwaukee man and 22-year-old Milwaukee man – were arrested and taken to a hospital for medical clearance.
Criminal charges will be referred to the district attorney's office in the coming days.
