Milwaukee police investigation at 23rd and Locust

MILWAUKEE - An investigation is underway Wednesday, May 11 near 23rd and Locust in Milwaukee. This, after a large police presence was in the area Tuesday night, May 10.

FOX6's crews on scene Tuesday night noted officers blocking several streets, evidence markers in the street and police with K-9s searching through yards, with differing accounts from neighbors as to what happened here.

A neighbor tells FOX6 News she heard rapid gunfire and saw shell casings outside on the ground.
