Milwaukee police: Man shot multiple times while sitting in car near Center & Richards

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that took place near the intersection of Center and Richards on Tuesday evening, August 16th.

Officials say the shooting happened shortly before 9:00 p.m. The victim is a 22-year-old man -- he was struck by multiple gunshots while seated in his car.

He was taken to Froedtert Hospital for treatment of his non-life threatening injuries.

No one is in custody in connection with this shooting.
