MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police arrested four people after a standoff and tactical situation on the city's north side Thursday, July 6.
MPD said officers saw several people run from a vehicle that was taken in a carjacking. They ran into a home near 38th and Townsend around 7:30 a.m. and refused to come out, sparking a tactical situation that shut down an entire block.
"I sat here and looked and watched them pull up with that truck and went to that back door and breached the house," said neighbor Timothy Clark. "They were trying to get them out but they wouldn't come."
