A former Milwaukee high school teacher's aide is accused of multiple sex crimes involving a former student that prosecutors say took place over the summer.

Case details

The 15-year-old victim's mother and grandfather contacted police in September after they found "concerning sexual messages" on the victim's cellphone with someone listed as "Holder," according to court filings.

Prosecutors said messages between Holder and the victim included sexually explicit photos and dialogue about "meeting up and smoking THC together" in July and August. Investigators also found Holder ordered rides, so the two could meet, and discussed sending the victim money.

The 15-year-old victim said they didn't know how much money Holder had sent, a criminal complaint states, but "the amounts were small and have added up to a large amount." The victim also said Holder provided "weed" and they smoked at Holder's house.

Court filings state the victim initially denied any sexual activity with Holder, but later told police they performed a sex act on Holder "for about 30 seconds" – and later said they exchanged sexually explicit photos.
