DODGE COUNTY -- A 31-year-old Milwaukee man was seriously injured early Monday, May 30th when his motorcycle collided with a deer in the Township of Theresa.
The crash happened just after 12:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of US Highway 41 near State Highway 28.
The motorcyclist, who has been identified as Joseph Negron, was flown to Summit Hospital via Flight for Flight. Dodge County officials say he did not have a valid motorcycle endorsement -- and was not wearing a helmet.
The crash is under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office. Assisting at the scene were the Lomira First Responders, Fire Department, and Police Department, Theresa EMS and Fire Department, and Flight for Life.
