MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. - A 42-year-old Racine man was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 29 for ten counts of sexual exploitation of a child and possession with intent to deliver THC.

What we know:
In October 2024, detectives with the Mount Pleasant Police Department received a CyberTip related to a download and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The Mount Pleasant Detective Bureau developed probable cause to arrest Cisco Roushia and obtain a search warrant for his residence. That search warrant in Racine was executed on Wednesday.
As a result of the search warrant, several electronics were located along with 333 grams of marijuana. Roushia is being held at the Racine County Jail.

The search warrant was executed by the Mount Pleasant Police Department Detective Bureau and ESD (electronic storage detection dog) K-9 Kala, along with the assistance of the Racine Violent Crime Intelligence Unit (VCIU), and the Wisconsin Department of Justice-Division of Criminal Investigations Digital Forensic Unit.
