Muskego woman with two pending OWI cases, faces fifth OWI
MILWAUKEE -- A 43-year-old Muskego woman was arrested for what could be her fifth OWI conviction. Deana Damico has two pending OWI cases, for a pending fifth.
Damico was stopped on northbound I-43 at Beecher just after 3:00 a.m. Sunday, September 2nd when a Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy noticed her vehicle travel past him at a high rate of speed, next to the distress lane.
Damico registered a .21 through a preliminary breath test. She was taken to the hospital for a blood draw.
Damico's previous OWI convictions occurred in November 1997, January 2010, July 2010 (pending) and February 2011 (pending).
Damico had bench warrants for OWI and Failure to Appear in the OWI cases.
Damico's BAC was .27 and .29 in the two pending cases.
Damico faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted in the OWI fourth and fifth cases.
