Neighborhood near 17th and Lapham blocked off for hours, no suspect located

Significant police presence on Milwaukee`s south side

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- There was a significant police presence in the southside Milwaukee neighborhood near 17th and Lapham for several hours on Sunday evening, August 17th.

Police tell FOX6 News a criminal suspect was thought to be holed up inside a home. After a search was eventually conducted, the suspect was determined to not be in the home.
