New Bublr Bike stations now available at UW-Milwaukee, students get to ride free



MILWAUKEE -- Six new Bublr Bike stations opened at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Tuesday, October 6th.

UWM Chancellor Mark Mone, Mayor Tom Barrett, other university representatives were on hand for the unveiling Tuesday morning. They also revealed at the bikes will be free for all 27,000 UWM students for one full year.

The new stations on the main UWM campus are being located at the Golda Meir Library, Student Union and Sandburg Hall dorm. The other new UWM stations are at the university’s Riverview, Kenilworth Square and Cambridge Commons student housing facilities in the North Avenue area.



By later this month, the Bublr Bike system will have doubled the number of its station in Milwaukee to 28. Information on Bublr Bikes is available at BublrBikes.com.
