Officials arrest first repeat drunken driver of the New Year
MILWAUKEE -- 22-year-old Jacob Fimreite of Wauwatosa was arrested Tuesday morning, January 1st for driving under the influence -- second offense. Feimreite is the first repeat offender drunken driver of the New Year.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office says Fimreite was arrested at 4:08 a.m. after being pulled over for lane deviation on northbound Highway 100, just north of I-94.
Femreite blew a .14 on the PBT and was booked at the County Correctional Facility - Central Jail for driving under the influence -- his second offense.
Femreite faces a penalty of up to six months in jail.
