Peacock raises its prices -- here's what subscribers will now pay
Peacock is raising its rates for subscribers.
Customers will now pay $8 monthly for Peacock Premium and $14 for Peacock Premium Plus. Both are $2 increases, a rate change implemented on July 18.
Annual Peacock plans are rising from $60 a year to $80 for Premium packages, while Premium plans are jumping from $120 to $140 a year.

Peacock explains on its website that new subscribers will receive the increased price, while existing subscribers will keep their current rates through the next billing date on August 17, 2024.
The streaming service initially announced plans for this rate hike for its customers in May.

This new price increase marks Peacock’s second time doing it in the past year. In August 2023, the cost for ad-supported Peacock climbed from $1 from $4.99 to $5.99, and the ad-free price soared from $2 to $11.99 monthly, Variety reported.
News of the price hike comes as Peacock prepares to stream the Paris Olympics this summer and will also stream an exclusive NFL game in Week 1 in São Paulo, Brazil, on Sept. 6.
