Person walking on Milwaukee highway caught on camera
MILWAUKEE - Here is something you don't see every day in Milwaukee. Video from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) captured a man casually walking on the shoulder of the highway on Monday, Dec. 23.
The person was seen walking near the Mitchell Interchange. At one point, the person even crossed to the center of the highway.
Law enforcement eventually showed up – and it appears the person hopped over the median wall and got into the squad.
