Pewaukee Quad/Graphics machine explosion; no injuries

PEWAUKEE, Wis. - A machine exploded at Quad/Graphics in Pewaukee late Sunday night, Jan. 21.
The explosion caused property damage. No one was injured.

The plant was evacuated for safety and OSHA was notified of the incident, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department.
