INDIANAPOLIS -- A photo capturing an act of kindness by a Target employee has gone viral.
It happened at a store in Indianapolis during check-out when an elderly woman was paying for her purchase with coins. Instead of rushing her off, the cashier helped her count all her change.

The photo was posted to Facebook by a woman who was standing in line and witnessed the sweet moment. The woman said her young daughter was watching closely as the cashier patiently helped count the coins and realized she was learning a valuable lesson from this kind stranger.
The photo has been shared more than 21,000 times.
