MILWAUKEE -- A 16-year-old girl died as a result of a crash that happened Monday afternoon, March 6th near 13th and Bolivar, and her brother is in the hospital with serious injuries.

It happened around 3:30 p.m.

"I was in laying down and I just heard a boom," Kevin Grudzinski said.

Police said a Chevy Tahoe driven by an 18-year old Milwaukee man struck a cement truck. The 16-year-old girl was a passenger in that vehicle, and died at the scene.

"It's terrible to hear something like that," Larson said.

"Everybody speeds. Vroom, vroom -- doing 95, 85. It's sad," Grudzinski said.
