Police: 19-year-old struck by stray bullet, no one in custody

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police say a 19-year-old was shot on the city's north side.

Sources say the victim was walking down the street near Richards and Townsend when he was struck by a stray bullet.

No one is in custody.

The victim is expected to survive.
