Police: 40-year-old Mount Pleasant man arrested following an incident at Kohl's

MOUNT PLEASANT (WITI) -- Mount Pleasant police say a 40-year-old Mount Pleasant man was arrested on Monday, February 16th following an incident at Kohl's Department store on Washington Avenue.

Police say a Racine woman reported she was trying on some clothing in a dressing room located within the women's apparel section when she observed a hand that was grasping a small mirror reach under her door.

The woman screamed and opened the stall door to the dressing room -- chasing the suspect towards the exit doors before losing sight of him in the parking lot. The victim was able to provide police with a description of the suspect.

The 40-year-old suspect was arrested on invasion of privacy and disorderly conduct charges. He was taken to jail, where he is being held on a probation violation.
