Police: 54-year-old shot near 16th and Mitchell, suspect arrested

MILWAUKEE -- Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting near S. 16th Street and W. Mitchell Street that happened around 10 p.m. Friday, July 10.

Police say a 54-year old Milwaukee man sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound and is recovering at the hospital.

One suspect has been taken into custody and the shooting appears to be the result of an argument.
