Dwyer's mother told FOX6 News, Kelly went out to the bars on Thursday night, October 10th and according to her boyfriend, stayed at his house on Milwaukee's East Side that night.

Dwyer's mother was told Kelly left his place around 9 a.m. the next morning -- and that was the last time anyone saw her.

Dwyer's mother says she hasn't used her cell phone since Friday morning -- and didn't show up to work at Lululemon on the East Side on Saturday.

Milwaukee police haven’t said whether foul play is involved in this case, but Dwyer’s mother believes that is the case.

FOX6 News has learned the 38-year-old man was arrested at Park Lafayette at the corner of Prospect and Lafayette. Residents received a letter explaining the heavy police presence there on Wednesday night.

That man has not been charged in connection with Dwyer's disappearance -- but rather, faces an unrelated drug charge.

Anyone with information on Dwyer’s whereabouts is asked to call Milwaukee Police Sensitive Crimes at 414-935-7405.

A Facebook page has been created called “Find Kelly Dwyer.” During the first 24 hours that the page was up, it received nearly 1,000 “Likes” -- and that number continues to grow.
