Police chase ends with driver arrested
A police chase started in Milwaukee on Sunday morning, Dec.8, and ended in Racine County when officers took the driver into custody. The chase spanned Milwaukee and Racine Counties, ending at I-94 and State Highway 20.
RACINE COUNTY, Wis. - A police chase from Milwaukee County into Racine County ended with the driver in custody on an I-94 ramp early Sunday morning, Dec. 8.
Wisconsin Department of Transportation cameras captured part of the pursuit, which began somewhere in Milwaukee County after 7:30 a.m. The driver went southbound on I-43 and eventually I-94, driving into Racine County.

Eventually, the driver got off the interstate by driving the wrong way on down an I-94 on-ramp at State Highway 20. The driver then drove to the northbound off-ramp before police closed in and around the vehicle.

Police chase on I-94 into Racine County
A police chase that started in Milwaukee ended in Racine County on Sunday, Dec. 8.
The WisDOT camera showed police surround the vehicle with guns drawn before the driver surrendered. Police took the driver into custody before the camera feed was cut.
Editor's note: The video's lower third text indicates that the chase happened on I-43/94. Only part of the chase was on I-43/94. By the time the chase ended in Racine County, it was on I-41/94.
