Police investigate home invasion, attempted burglary in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD -- Brookfield police are investigating a home invasion and attempted burglary that took place in a Brookfield home early Wednesday morning, May 30th.

Officials say the incident occurred around 2 a.m. in the area of Bluemound Road and Sunnyslope Road. while the residents were home.

Police established a perimeter in the area and searched for the burglar, but their search was unsuccessful.
