Police: Man shot, killed near 37th and Concordia in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened near 37th and Concordia late on Thursday, September 29th.

Officers responded to the neighborhood just before 10:00 p.m. on Thursday. When they arrived on the scene, they discovered a 36-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

The victim has been identified as Jemell McMillan.

Officials say circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear at this point.

McMillan was taken to a hospital by the Milwaukee Fire Department. He later died from his injuries.

Milwaukee police continue to search for a motive and a suspect in the shooting.
