Police: Man shot, seriously injured near 27th and Kilbourn in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that happened early Thursday morning, March 29 on the city's west side.

It happened near 27th and Kilbourn around 1:50 a.m.

According to police, a  48-year-old man suffered a serious gunshot wound and is being treated at a local hospital.

The police department is looking into the circumstances behind this incident.
