BROWN DEER -- Brown Deer police are investigating after two suspects were able to take car keys from a woman at an ATM at gunpoint on Sunday evening, July 26th.
It happened around 6:00 p.m. at the U.S. Bank branch located near Brown Deer Road and Green Bay Road.
Police say the 51-year-old woman was making a withdrawal from an ATM at the bank, when two male suspects wearing dark clothing approached her -- displaying a handgun and forcing the woman to take money out of the ATM.
The parking lot where the ATM is located is being paved, so customers must currently park on the street.
The woman wasn't injured, but the suspects were able to get away with her car keys, and we're told the suspects took off with her vehicle, heading west down Brown Deer Road.
Police are investigating.
