Preemie moved from hospital to hospital during Sandy
NEW YORK -- There are questions about why the backup power system at a New York hospital failed this past Monday night -- and the sickest patients weren't evacuated before Hurricane Sandy hit.
Some babies who were transferred from the blacked-out hospital were extremely fragile. One of them a newborn girl weighing in at just two pounds.
