President Trump tweets picture of himself as 'Rocky'

WASHINGTON -- With seemingly no explanation and no text, President Donald Trump tweeted a picture of himself Nov. 27. However, it wasn't a standard headshot or professional portrait.

The picture features President Trump's face edited onto the body of the fictional boxer Rocky Balboa, played by actor Sylvester Stallone in the "Rocky" movie franchise.
