Public policy poll shows Barrett in lead among Democrats
MILWAUKEE -- The primary in Wisconsin's gubernatorial recall election is May 8th, and a new poll shows Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett in the lead.
The public policy polling done for the Daily Kos shows Barrett 14 percent ahead of Former Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk.
Secretary of State Doug LaFollette is next, with nine percent.
State Senator Kathleen Vinehout is at six percent.
22 percent of voters said they are still undecided.
The same poll shows that when you match any of the Democratic candidates up against Scott Walker, Walker is ahead. Against Barrett, Walker holds a 45 to 50 percent advantage. If matched against Falk, Walker holds a 43 to 50 percent advantage.
