Pursuit by Glendale police ends near 19th & Custer in Milwaukee; two people in custody
GLENDALE -- Glendale police say two suspects are in custody following a pursuit that happened on Monday, December 7th.
Police say officers attempted to make a traffic stop to investigate a stolen vehicle -- when those inside the vehicle attempted to flee.
Glendale police gave chase, and a brief pursuit ended in an alley. Police say the suspect vehicle was traveling too fast, and the driver couldn't make a turn at the end of the alleyway.
The suspect vehicle crashed near 19th and Custer, and the suspects fled on foot.
A foot chase ensued, and a Glendale police officer was able to take one of the suspects into custody.
Milwaukee police responded to the area, and they were able to take a second suspect into custody.
