Quitters Day: How to stick to your New Year's resolutions

Today is what's known as Quitter's Day. It's traditionally the second Friday in January – when 80 percent of people reportedly abandon their New Year's resolutions. Experts say staying on track can be quite daunting, but you shouldn't lose hope if you've slipped up. 

Heather Klug, a registered Dietitian at Aurora Healthcare, joins FOX6 WakeUp with some tips on beating Quitters Day and sticking to your New Year resolutions.
