Racine Co. man accused of lewd behavior due in court

RACINE (WITI) -- A Racine County man charged with multiple counts of exposing a child to harmful materials and lewd and lascivious behavior is expected in court on Monday afternoon, April 15th.

Officials say the accused, now identified as William Grube of Rochester, was "observed to be standing nude at his bedroom window watching children with binoculars" on Friday, April 13th.

The owner of the child care facility across from Grube's residence called police after several parents had informed her of being watched and possibly photographed by a neighbor as they dropped their children off.
