RACINE, Wis. - The Racine County Sheriff’s Office said a 64-year-old man was recently arrested for multiple counts of child pornography.
Law enforcement said Leroy Kolacinsk had uploaded hundreds of images of child pornography to an online platform.
The Sheriff’s Internet Crimes Against Children conducted an extensive investigation and obtained a search warrant for Kolacinski’s residence. The warrant was served on Jan. 8 with assistance from electronic storage detection K-9 Stella.

Investigators seized multiple electronic devices. An initial review by a computer analyst revealed images of child pornography.
Kolacinski was charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.
Kolacinski is being held in the Racine County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
"Once again, I praise the crucial work performed by the ICAC Unit — protecting children and holding perpetrators accountable," Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling said. "Starting 2025 with the same energy and success as the previous year sets a strong tone for ICAC’s continued impact."
Kolacinski is being held in the Racine County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
