Racine County crash, child taken to hospital
MILWAUKEE - A child was taken to Children's Wisconsin after a Racine County crash on Saturday morning, Dec. 2.1
It happened around 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Washington and Beaumont.
The Kansasville Fire and Rescue Department arrived to find a car with its airbags deployed. It had apparently been headed east on Washington Avenue when it failed to negotiate the roundabout.

The car went over a median and into a parking lot, where KFRD said it hit an unoccupied pickup truck. The car had extensive damage, and the pickup truck and moderate damage.
Paramedics assessed the driver of the car and a child, who was in the front seat. The child was taken to Children's Wisconsin for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. The driver declined further treatment.
The Racine County Sheriff's Office is investigating the cause of the crash.
