Racine County crash, driver hit walking across highway after wreck
ROCHESTER, Wis. - One person was flown to a hospital after a Racine County crash that ultimately involved three vehicles on Wednesday evening, Dec. 11.
The sheriff's office said an initial, two-vehicle crash with minor injuries happened in Rochester just after 6 p.m.

The driver of one of those vehicles got out and walked across Highway 36 near Highway J to contact the other driver involved. As they were walking, they were struck by a third vehicle.
The driver who was hit while walking across the highway was flown to a hospital.
The Racine County Sheriff's Office Major Crash Assistance Team is still investigating the three-vehicle crash.
