RACINE COUNTY, Wis. - A crash shut down I-94 northbound near 7 Mile Road, the Racine County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.
It happened around 11:10 a.m. Officials diverted traffic off the interstate and down a frontage road – able to get back on I-94 at Elm Road in Oak Creek.
