Racine police investigating three robberies connected to Craigslist
RACINE (WITI) -- Racine police are asking for your help in solving at least three recent robberies connected to Craigslist.
They all happened in early March.
The suspect, a 5'8" to 5'10" black man is said to be in his early to mid-20s. The man allegedly set up a meeting to sell a PlayStation.
When the victim began to barter, the suspect pulled a gun and took the PlayStation and all of the money the potential buyer had.
The suspect was in a gold, two-door Pontiac Grand Prix.
"We don't believe that a person like this would stay dormant for too long. Maybe they've moved on to another community or changed up their MO a little bit. So we want anybody with information to come forward," Racine Police Sgt. Jessie Metoyer said.
There was a second suspect in the car who is described as a black man who is heavier than the initial suspect.
