Racine police: Male victim expected to be OK after he was hit by a vehicle

RACINE -- Racine police were called out to the scene of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in Racine on Thursday night, October 29th, near Washington Avenue and Memorial Drive.

The call for this incident came in shortly before 7:30 p.m.

We're told one person (a male victim) was transported to the hospital from the scene of this incident. He is expected to survive, and was getting ready to leave the hospital shortly after the incident.

Police say there's no suspicion of any criminal activity as a result of this incident.
