Racine fatal shooting, suspect arrested in Pennsylvania

U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted for a Racine fatal shooting, police announced Tuesday. Tracy Scott was arrested in Pennsylvania.

RACINE, Wis. - U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted for a Racine fatal shooting, police announced Tuesday, June 27.

Tracy Scott, 61, was arrested in New Castle, Pennsylvania. The shooting happened near 6th and Jones the morning of June 2.

Racine police identified that victim as 38-year-old Shawnte Hudson. Police identified Scott as a suspect on June 6.
