Recognize him? Racine police look to identify man wanted in shooting, burglary near 11th and Center
RACINE -- Racine police asked for the public's help identifying a man accused in an attempted burglary near 11th and Center Streets.
According to police, a victim was shot during the incident on Tuesday, Aug. 13.
Police described the man as black, between the ages of 25 and 30, with an average build.
