Sen. Ron Johnson questions FBI decision on Hillary Clinton email probe

MADISON — Republican Sen. Ron Johnson is questioning the FBI's decision not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton over her use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state.

In an interview with Wisconsin Eye at the Rotary Club of Milwaukee Tuesday, Johnson called Clinton's actions "unbelievably reckless" and questioned what the difference is between "extremely careless" and "grossly negligent."

Asked whether he agreed with presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump's comment on Twitter that the "system is rigged," Johnson says, "It certainly looks like there's two sets of standards. It just does."
