Shawn Boyd pleads no contest to two felony counts

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- 24-year-old Shawn Boyd pleaded no contest on Monday, August 19th to felony charges of armed robbery with threat of force and first-degree recklessly endangering safety, use of a dangerous weapon. Three other charges against Boyd were dismissed and read into the court record.
Milwaukee police arrested Boyd during a patrol on the city’s northwest side on Tuesday, August 13th. He is one of 189 "high value" targets sought by police.
Boyd will be sentenced on Thursday, October 24th.
