Sheriff: Jack-knifed semi shut down I-41 in Racine County; driver cited

VILLAGE of RAYMOND -- All lanes of I-41 near Racine County Highway K were closed early Saturday morning, Jan. 18 after a crash involving a semi.

The Racine County Sheriff's Office said the semi jack-knifed around 1:45 a.m. on the southbound side of I-41. All four lanes were blocked for more than an hour.

The driver, a 21-year-old Texas man, was cited for driving too fast for conditions. No serious injuries were reported.
