Sheriff's officials: Escaped Huber inmate back in custody
MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office says escaped Huber inmate, 29-year-old Ronald White, turned himself in just before 3:00 p.m. Thursday. White is a court-ordered Huber release inmate who fled from custody Wednesday night, August 29th after he allegedly beat his girlfriend.
White is on court-ordered Huber release for AODA counseling. He was sentenced for Operating While Revoked, a third OWI and a second OWI. He had been in sheriff's custody since August 15 and on Huber release since August 16. His release from custody was set for January 30, 2013.
A warrant for Battery Domestic Violence and for Escape from Custody was issued.
White has an extensive criminal history with charges/convictions dating back to 2000.
