Silver Alert canceled: Racine man found safe
RACINE, Wis. - UPDATE: Police said Terry Whitaker has been located safe.

A Silver Alert was issued for a missing Racine man on Thursday, Dec. 26.
The Racine Police Department said 64-year-old Terry Whitaker was last seen between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Thursday near Montclair and Green in Racine. Police believe he may be on foot.
Whitaker was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black jeans, tan shoes with blue stripes and a large brown coat with a fur hood, and was carrying a pink and brown leopard print duffle bag.

He is described as 5-feet, 4 inches tall and weighing around 225 pounds. He has brown eyes and partially short gray hair.
Police said Whitaker has dementia and possibly boarded a City of Racine bus. The family believes he wants to return to Mississippi.
