Silver Alert canceled: Missing Wauwatosa man found safe

WAUWATOSA, Wis. - UPDATE: A Silver Alert has been canceled for 65-year-old James Fortune. He has been found safe.

A Silver Alert was issued for a missing Wauwatosa man on Monday evening, Jan. 6.
The Wauwatosa Police Department said 65-year-old James Fortune was last seen near 97th and Hope around 10 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 5. His cellphone was located at a bus stop near 91st and Brown Deer.
He needs a walker to move around.

Fortune is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing around 140 pounds. He has black hair with a beard and a mustache. He was last seen wearing a large black and tan winter jacket with fur around the hood, gray sweatshirt, blue joggers and black shoes.
