Guy Osborne
Mount Pleasant police say just before 5:00 a.m. Saturday, they were called out to an apartment complex in the 4800 block of Indian Hills Drive.
Upon arriving, there was no answer at the door -- but police say they could hear a woman screaming for help.
Officers forced their way into the residence.
That's when they say Osborne jumped off the second story balcony unclothed -- and fled the scene on foot.
Police say Osborne was seen running through yards in a nearby neighborhood.
Police established a perimeter and a search was conducted by officers and Mount Pleasant K9 officers.
With the assistance of the Racine Police Department, an automated message was sent out to residents in the area advising them of the situation.
The suspect was later spotted dressed in gray or blue sweatpants, a white shirt and a blue hat.
Osborne is still at large -- and police say criminal charges against him are pending.
Police say Osborne assaulted the woman -- and held her against his will.
Police say there is no threat to the public.
