Taxicab cap case heads to court after lawsuit filed
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A lawsuit filed against the city of Milwaukee that challenges its cap on the number of taxicabs headed to court on Tuesday, April 16th.
The three drivers who filed the lawsuit gave oral arguments to the judge on Tuesday.
